Dr. Daryl Watkins is a tenured Professor of Organizational Leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, CEO and co-founder of LDRC, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, author, researcher, and combat veteran.

His work combines systems thinking, complexity leadership, evidence-based coaching, instructional innovation, and applied AI to help leaders and organizations strengthen judgment, collaboration, and adaptive capacity.
